You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

b. Any act or omission of the [Indemnifying Party], its employees, agents, or subcontractors in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

c. Any claim that the [Indemnified Party]’s use of any deliverables provided by the [Indemnifying Party] infringes any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any third party.
